How will you fill your cup?
Join us on the last Monday of each month and give space to your own self-care, have a cuppa and a chat with your ‘tribe’ – other foster carers from around the country. Together we can mind ourselves and each other in the uncertainty that is an inherent part of fostering, hold on to a sense of ourselves, build resilience to meet challenges that arise and share the joys and the rewards of the unique journey that is fostering.
The theme for October’s Caring Space session is ‘Mental Pathways to Self-care: Reducing Agitation of the Mind’.
