IFCA Office Updates

The IFCA Office and COVID-19 Update

IFCA has been following all HSE and government guidelines with regard to the COVID-19 crisis.
Most of our staff are now working from home and are contactable by mobile phone or e mail on their working day. You may also contact the office who will pass a message on for you to the relevant staff member.
Our office remains open with the presence of our administrators so please continue to call if you have any queries or requests at 01 4599474.
The National Helpline remains open at a limited capacity, as all of our National Helpline volunteers have been requested to remain at home to minimise the risk to their health The National Helpline is being managed remotely and therefore calls may be routed to our answering service in the event that our staff member is responding to a call. However, callers will be responded to.
Our National Advocates and Support Volunteers will continue to support members by phone.
IFCA events have been postponed until the end of April and we will review plans within the context of government guidance at that time.
We plan to continue working within the current constraints and will continue to support you in the best way that we can.
We wish you and your family good health.
